Zoom Automotive were professional from enquiry to purchase. I contacted them as I had been recommended by a friend and to quote a well known TV ad .... 'If only all Car Dealers were like this'. I purchased a Mini Cooper D '64 plate, in White Silver with a Black Roof, Black 17" Alloys and lots of extras. It was the exact spec I was looking for and the care and attention to detail I received from Zoom was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend and all future car purchases will be from Zoom. Having found the vehicle I was looking for on the internet with Dan at Zoom, the quality of the photos and a quick phone call to discuss the car made me comfortable enough to place a deposit over the phone before even seeing or test driving the car! After making the trip down to his very smart office in Weston super mare the photos didn't actual do the car justice - it was immaculate! We arranged finance very quickly and easily at very affordable repayments. Having bought numerous vehicles from used dealers over the years I couldn't recommend Dan and Zoom more highly.

Car BMW X6 Name Nicolette Bracey We were looking for a BMW X6 for months when we came across Dan and Zoom Automotive. They are friendly bunch of chaps who run their business on the internet out of a classy office in Worle near Bristol. We agreed to put down a holding deposit to take the care of sale and then view/ collect it 3 days later. I just bought an Mitsubishi Outlander from Zoom Automotive, and wanted to leave first class feedback as I'm extremely happy with the car, the price and the really friendly service that Dan was able to provide us. The car itself is outstanding, a really top notch example, the price was super competitive and Dan was very helpful and friendly, allowing us to test drive and close the deal in a remarkably short time, which was important for us as we travelled to check out the car and needed to get back. All documentation and 'official' stuff was well prepared in advance and I didn't ask a single question which couldn't be answered quickly and fully. I had been looking for a Hilux pickup for years and was trolling through the many secondhand car adds on the internet when l came across Zoom Automotive. They had exactly what I wanted – low mileage and at a good price. Arranged with Dan Crew to view. The vehicle was in excellent condition and drove great so bought on the spot. Dan was excellent – he was able to provide me with all the info. and sorted the tax on line for me. Thoroughly recommend them.

I searched the web for the right car, colour, make/model, year etc and came across Zoomautomotive. I'd never heard of them but they weren't too far for me to travel from Exeter so I got in email contact with Dan and arranged to see a 1 Series BMW, 64 plate which seems good value, took it for a good test drive - all ok, chatted to Dan Crewe (sales Exec/owner) about details and trade in for my car which was a fair price. There wasn't any wriggle room on price but it was already at a good price imo, however there were some minor marks on the paintwork that I noticed and Dan agree to sort them if I bought, plus fill the tank. Zoomautomotive don't have a garage and operated out of an office with cars in a locked compound (guess this keeps costs down). This made me cautious but I arranged to come back in 4 days to complete the deal. Car arrived looking immaculate and tank full. We concluded business, transferred ownerships online and Dan arranged for me to tax the BMW in his office. I contacted my insurance and changed car details. I've had the car for a week and done 150 miles, all's great so far with the car and I've received my logbook from DVLA and receipt for car tax. I'm just an average guy who swaps his car every 8 years or so but from my experience so far, I would have no issue buying from Dan/Zoomautomotive again and am happy to recommend them. I have been looking for a Mercedes Benz SLK for about a month now, having seen 4 cars and not been particularly blown away with them my wife found one on Motors at Zoom Automotive in Weston Super Mare. I phoned the dealer and arranged a test drive. That car was described in exceptional condition. We went along with a reserved attitude. When we got to zoom the car was sat ready, we we're greated by our salesman Dan Crewe who was patient, kind and curtiuos, he showed me and my wife how all the controls worked and then took us for a mixed test drive of dual carriage way and town roads. After that we went to the office for a cup of coffee and a look at the paper work. All the history and HPI check were present and as discribed, the car had a 99 point workshop inspection also available. We completed the deal and took the car away the same day. It's been a month now and I can truly say I'm over the moon with are new car and would not hesitate to recommend Zoom Automotive.

I have just sold my Mercedes E class Convertible to Zoom Automotive. The only reason for selling the car was due to my ongoing medical condition; this had made it very difficult to get in and out of the car. Dan was very helpful in getting me a good price for the car and saved me the trouble of trying to sell it myself. The whole experience was conducted in a very professional manner and was such an easy process. He came to my house after we had chatted on the phone the day before and after having a good look over the car made me an offer The money was in the bank within 10 minutes of us shaking hands on the price, which was brilliant. Historically, I have always found changing my car to be an absolute stress-fest - with the same questions always terrorising me - Am I buying the right car? can I trust the dealer? Am I getting a good deal? Am I being ripped-off? Am I buying a 'pup'? etc., etc., etc., In this instance my self-inflicted 'terror' was made all the worse because giving up my Jag XKR Convertible, a car that I had (quite ridiculously) become quite emotionally attached to, was not only a difficult thing to do, but changing to a completely different type of car (a BMW M4 Convertible), I was unsure if this type of car was going to suit me - thus I had not 1, but 2 things to stress over!!!! Travelling to Weston to meet Dan of Zoom Automotive for the first time was, therefore, a journey of apprehension for me, full of worry, concern and a fare amount of scepticism. However, as it turned out, I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG! Despite arriving an hour late because of traffic, Dan gave me a warm, friendly and calming welcome. He spoke with incredible fairness and clarity when agreeing a price on my part-exchange, not only pointing out the work that needed to be done (most of which I had already declared), but also giving fully appropriate costings which fully justified the figure we agreed at. Having easily and fairly agreed numbers, Dan then showed immense patience and care in making sure that the new car was the right car for me. We covered all my concerns, made sure it would satisfy all my requirements and went on an extended test drive to show to me that the M4 really could be what I needed it to be. Having been entirely happy with the PX arrangement and then completely convinced, not only that I should by the M4 because it was 'nice', but also because it really did satisfy all my needs, it was very easy to do a deal with Dan. Agreeing to collect the car the following week, but then suffering an age of delays in getting the finance through (Sainsbury's do an amazingly cheep fixed-rate car loan, but their admin and turnaround time is shocking!!!), the patience, understanding and complete lack of pressure shown by Dan was amazing. I picked my car up yesterday. Had a really enjoyable drive home and then today spent an amazing 4 hours driving it on just about every kind of road imaginable. I have had a great day in a fantastic car that does everything I hoped it would do and more!!!! Dan is not just a car dealer, he is a car planner and coach. He clearly cares passionately not only about cars, but also about people. I heartily recommend Dan, not only as an excellent Car dealer, but also as a true gent and a guy who is seriously fun to be with.

We met with Dan at 09:30 this morning, he was there early and straight away welcomed us warmly and made us feel at ease right off the bat. Possibly the best car buying experience I've ever encountered! Dan was the perfect person to deal with - friendly, experienced and cheerful. He took care of us from the offset - the car I bought was immaculate despite being 5 years old and Dan was happy to part-ex my old Audi without any fuss! Based at a great location we were able to drive the new car a couple of miles away to the beach at Weston and enjoy lunch by the sea - perfect! Oh and Dan makes a mean Cappuccino!

Had been searching for a while for a good, low mileage, Ford Focus to replace my wife's previous runabout, when I came across Zoom Automotive. Hadn't heard of them before, but they were local to me, the reviews looked good, and they had a very smart Focus at a very reasonable price so I thought I'd get in contact and see. I can't rate them highly enough. I left the review a few weeks just to make sure the car was as good as it looked, but absolutely no problems with it at all. Dan was an absolute pleasure to deal with, professional, efficient, friendly and helpful, and not pushy in the slightest. Made the whole process as easy as possible. I found Danny exceptional throughout the whole deal, he scoured the country to get the exact model, colour and specification I requested. He organised the test drive and collected the car from its original location approx 100 miles plus, driving it back to bristol. In addition, Danny arranged the car to have a full valet and did look immaculate on collection. Danny made the whole process of purchasing the car very easy and provided excellent service throughout. I'm absolutely delighted with the car and would not hesitate to purchase further cars in the future.

I was looking for a 4x4 in my own country Greece for sometime, but couldn't find anything, so contacted a few places on the web, a lot of false promises and a lot of wasted time UNTIL I found Zoom Automotive, told them what I was looking for, the year, model and my price range, within a few days a salesman was back in touch with the perfect 4x4 more than I expected it was perfect. I flew to the UK on Friday night was met at the airport by Dan, and on the Saturday was ready to leave the UK for Greece with papers, insurance and travel passes.
